What we process

• Voice audio: recorded only while you hold the hotkey, sent over an encrypted connection to our servers and forwarded to our speech-recognition provider (Groq, USA). Audio is used solely for that one transcription, deleted immediately after processing, never stored, never used for training.
• Device identifier: an irreversible hash of your Mac's hardware ID, used for trial timing and licensing. It cannot identify you personally.
• Email: collected only at purchase, used to deliver your recovery key and service notices.
• Usage metadata: durations and latency metrics for billing and quality — never the content of what you say.

What we don't do

No ads, no selling data, no reading or storing your transcriptions, no profiling.

Retention & deletion

Audio is deleted instantly; device and purchase records are kept while you use the service. Email us to request deletion.
